Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Statement of Advice

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel/cancellation insurance to cover your travel to and from the workshop home base location. We also recommend you insure your camera equipment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read the policy below carefully.

We try to be very flexible. However, cancellation of a workshop requires us to reopen and re-advertise to fill a slot. Therefore, our policy is that workshop deposits are not refundable. 

Cancellation within 30 days of the workshop start date will result in full registration reimbursement including deposit, however the notice of cancellation must be in writing via email or by voice mail.

Workshop cancellation fewer than 10 days prior to the workshop start date will result in loss of deposit. The balance of the registration fee will be reimbursed. If we can fill the open slot, we will refunded your workshop deposit too.

A forfeited registration deposit may be applied to another upcoming workshop if scheduled within 3 months.

Special Refund Policy for Night Sky Workshops

If a night sky workshop is cancelled by the instructor because of weather, you will receive a full refund or, if you wish a credit that may be applied to another workshop we offer. Please red the workshop description for more details.
