What makes a print a Limited Edition?

Limited Edition (LE) prints are special Gallery Premium Prints. These LE collector prints are printed a maximum number of times. When the maximum number is reached, the file will be archived. The maximum number for a single LE print is usually seventy-five to one hundred. The actual number is posted with the print description on the website. All LE prints are signed and titled and include the specific print number of the print along with the total number of that print produced. For example, 1 / 75 means this is print one of a total of 75 that will be printed.

How long after I place my order will my photograph arrive? 

We always call or email the client to confirm order specifics before producing the photo.

The print creation process is deliberate and includes quality checks at every step. Generally, once the order is confirmed, the photograph usually ships within 18-25 working days. All clients will receive notification when a print ships. The client receives the s’s name and a tracking code.

Do prints come with a guarantee or warranty?

Yes, all prints are sold with a guarantee and warranty. Giardini Photography is proud of its personal service and quality products. We stand behind each print sold. Read our statement of Guarantee / Warranty.

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your print, you can return it within 45 days for a money-back refund, credit, or exchange. 

NOTE: THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS, DISCOUNTED PRICE PRINTS, OR INVENTORY SALES. Please review the RETURN POLICY.

The print must be returned in like-new condition without any alterations to its original order specifications. Giardini Photography will pay return shipping costs for prints returned from anywhere in the continental USA.

Please call or email if you wish to return a print. We will provide you with detailed instructions about the process.

Do you have a gallery to see sample work?

We do have a private Home Gallery. We would happily schedule a Home Gallery visit for you to see sample work. Or, if you prefer, we would be happy to visit you in your home. We will bring sample work and sizing cardboard cutouts. 

We are willing to travel up to 40 miles from our base in Bend, Oregon. Contact us with your request. Be sure to include a few dates & times that work best for you. If you prefer, you may call us at 480.204.3109 to schedule the appointment.

In addition, some of Steve’s prints are available for review and purchase at the Sisters Gallery and Frame Shop, 222 West Hood Avenue, Suite C, Sisters, Oregon, USA.

Do you offer discounts?

No, however, from time to time, we do offer ‘special pricing’ on specific photos and/or on inventory prints. 

We provide free quotes if you have a large home or corporate project. Large project final project pricing is negotiable.  Contact us to discuss your project and request a quote.

Is my credit card information Safe?

Yes. Our web provider uses SSL certificates. SSL secures connections and prevents hackers from impersonating you or stealing visitors' information. We use STRIPE merchant protection technology. Your credit card information goes directly to the payment company for processing. We do not see your credit card number. We do see your contact information so we know where to ship and bill.
